A tourist train has been stopping behind our homes and blasting the horn.   They have four or more trips a day. This has become a real annoyance, causing a Hugh loss of serenity. There is no legal reason to stop here except that it’s beautiful amongst our trees and it sets up the tour.

My neighbors on both sides of the river are  

heartbroken that we can no longer have even one day of peace. They run 7 days a week 

Sometimes their drivers will just go on by and wait to blow the horn in the canyon and we can deal with that.   

We have gone to the city administrator several times but haven’t heard back. Next would be a petition ang going to city council
