One major addition and concern is the 30ft wide gravel road for emergency access to utilities (Woodlawn Sewer line) via Beam Road off Nelson Ave. 

Legally through Erie County the access point should be Lakeshore Road, not Beam Road or Nelson Ave. 

Can this sewer infrastructure handle heavy trucks and equipment driving on a gravel road? Which is not ideal for heavy trucks required to fix the sewer main should damage occur. They do not distribute weight of large vehicles propertly and can cause major infrastructure damage.

Who will front the cost for these damages, the applicant or taxpayers? 

These unresolved questions could cause lasting damage to and alter our community in Woodlawn as we know it.
