An apartment complex has been proposed for Main St, Fishkill at the Church of the Nazarene property, across from the CVS plaza and approximately one mile from the I84 overpass.

The complex would over burden Main Street which is already congested with traffic.

This complex would be forty feet high, 87,000 sf and would have hundreds of parking spaces available for residents.

The Church of the Nazarene property sits on land that is currently zoned residential. No apartment complex is currently allowed in a residential district.

We, the undersigned, oppose changing the church property from residential to business.

This petition will be presented to the Village of Fishkill Zoning and Planning boards as well as Mayor Kathy Martin. Our elected officials are responsible for listening to their community.

We are asking that the Church of the Nazarene property NOT be rezoned!
