Rogers Communications Inc. is proposing to build a 150 foot tall telecom tower with nine antennas on Upper Prairie Rd in East Chilliwack.  This tower will be built on land that is part of the Agricultural Land Reserve, and beside a stream that provides a habitat for fish and wildlife.

Will you help us fight against this massive structure being placed in our neighbourhood?  We want to keep our valley floor clear of these massive towers to keep our beautiful Fraser Valley views!  We want to preserve our farm land for farming!  We want to preserve our local wildlife's habitat!  We want our local residents to live free from the worry of the decreased property values and the health concerns that this tower will bring!

There are many alternative locations for this 150 foot cell tower that would be more suitable (eg. along the mountain side), yet off our farmland and further away from areas where local residents live.

Please sign if you are against wasting our farm land and ruining our neighbourhoods with telecom structures that can be placed in more suitable locations.
