We feel that in light of what is happening worldwide in relation to COVID and most importantly, right here in Melbourne. The program "Hunted" that is being so heavily advertised, soon to be aired, is completely inappropriate. The subject of said show and its plot of  "hunting" down humans is sickening.

Our main concern is for the welfare and wellbeing of so many people that due to the COVID situation and struggling both mentally and physically and the additional damage that this program will cause.

The toll that mental health, and subsequent suicide, which has occurred in alarmingly increasing numbers over the last couple of years is to put it mildly, worrying and very sad.

At this point there is another question to be asked which is. Are the production company Endemol Shine and channel 10 willing to accept responsibility for those, and the families, who this program will affect in a devastating manner?
It appears clear that both Endemol Shine & channel ten are more interested in the money to be made from this than the people that will be affected.

We would therefore ask that the airing of this show be reconsidered and scrapped.
