Our father Francis M Dougherty MD was proud member of a thriving professional district on the west side of Garfield Square from 1947 until his retirement in 1983.
Our brother-in-law Dr. Tom Curry established Schuylkill pediatrics in the early 80s and that business has continued to thrive in the city.
Patrick Dougherty managed properties for Kenson Realty on the 300 block of N. Center St. from 1980 to 2012. This block is an example of how investing in and maintaining the properties in downtown Pottsville can be a profitable venture… All buildings are occupied with a combination of commercial and residential Tenants.
We believe regardless of where we live Pottsville will always be our Hometown.
we have always been proud of Pottsville and would hope that we can still hold our heads up high when telling someone we are from the county seat of the Southern Coal region, Pottsville Pennsylvania
