Heavyweights join the fight against the mining permit application on Bezhoek Nature Reserve

First off, a huge thank you to every single person that has signed the petition to stop the mining permit application on the Bezhoek Nature Reserve so far. By the close of business on Thursday 18 Feb, we stood on just under 700 signatures - so far. Thank you. Now for the other great news. People like Mr. Johan Britz, secretary of the National Cycad Society, Mr. Sean Badenhorst, editor of Tread Magazine, the Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Board, the Endangered Wildlife Trust, and the biggest one of them all, mining group Glencore, have all registered as Affected and Interested Parties. Furthermore, a comprehensive article on the matter appeared in today's Middelburg Observer Newspaper. We're hoping for more media coverage. So far though, my requests to Singo Consulting and Legare Mining Services for an on-camera interview have been ignored.  Again, thank you for your support. Let's however keep the momentum going by sharing this petition again and again and again.
