- The trees along the left side of #13 fairway are perfectly healthy 60-70 foot trees.
- The trees define a slight dog leg which is already a beautiful hole.
- The danger to the home owners along the fence line, who will be seeing much more ball traffic in their yards (due to longer and shorter hitters opting to use driver, not having to go over top of 60 foot trees).
- The cost of installing and maintaining a large bunker vs using the funds for other parts of the course that are in desperate need of repair.
