The entire community of Green Valley Ranch suffers  harassment from the Green Valley Ranch Master Homeowners association.  Large funds for small violations. Ranging from weeds in the separation cracks in the driveway to small chips or cracks in the paint of a home. These fines are putting hardships on our Homeowners/families. These violations get so high that it makes difficult to be paid and result in high legal fees and possibly foreclosure.  I believe it is unethical and there should be a cap on the amount of a fine the HOA can assess. I believe $25 to $50 max per violation should be put in place.
