NOTTINGHILL GENESIS HOUSING ASSOCIATION failed to engage and consult  with the residents of Mitchellbrook Way about the enforced implementation of a 24hr, 7 days per week parking scheme with a private parking company. The parking scheme offers every household one permit each with no permits for any visitors. The residents were given 22 days notice of this parking scheme. Residents were notified of the parking scheme by the parking company who hand delivered letters to our homes. Nottinghill Genesis failed to notify residents and consider the impact this parking scheme will have on individuals who require carers to visit daily, tradesmen and deliveries. Nottinghill Genesis have not disclosed how this company was selected or how they will be paid. Residents do not know how this company will handle or process their personal data which they are being told to submit. There is  the financial impact of the fines imposed by the parking company and the mental stress this parking scheme will have on the residents. Please help us to stop/suspend this parking until we are consulted in an open and transparent manner.
