The Covid-19 vaccine has been proven ineffective at stopping transmission and contraction of the virus, which makes discrimination of unvaccinated students erroneous. In addition, masks are proven ineffective for the purpose claimed by the mandate and are only issued under Emergency Use Authorization which grants every citizen the RIGHT TO REFUSE.

Bodily and family autonomy are constitutional rights that are non-negotiable. The Universal Declaration on Bioethics states, "The interest and welfare of the individual should have priority over the sole interest of science or society." 

The purpose of this petition is to voice our concern as the parents and grandparents of Louisiana students that the decision by the schools to institute measures that are scientifically baseless and void of human rights, will lead to mental health issues for our children and encourage bullying among peers.
