Dear Highland Residents,

For the last 20 months our neighborhood (Country French) has had to deal with the dirt from Patterson Property located on Highland Blvd (to see how it blew dirt on Mother's Day click here).  It  is against the Highland City fugitive dust code 8.04.140 to allow dust/dirt to leave his property and empact another property owner.  The Barnes and Evans have taken the brunt of the problem since their homes are located in the path of the wind.  If you would like to see the city take charge of this ongoing problem (the penalty is $1,000/day code 8.04.160) please sign this petition which will go to Brent Wallace, Highland City Compliance.
