STOP THE BUILDING- No "thruway" to Willow Vale

STOP THE BUILDING- No "thruway" to Willow Vale
The Highfields Community is a proposed development which would affect Willow Vale Farms. The preliminary plans for this new community expired September 2021. The initial plan had 5 houses and would not have any access or to our roads nor been visible from our community. The initial community would have only accessed Putnam Road.
The new Highlands Plan adds an additional 13 properties (totaling 18). While the main entrance is off Putman Road, there would be an extension of Packard Road traveling behind our community effecting 7 Willow Vale Properties. In addition, a "thruway" is in the plans which would allow access to the Highlands neighborhood from Willow Vale Farms.
We ask that Barry Glassman, County Executive, Billy Boniface, County Executive Chief Advisor, Patrick Vincenti, County Council President and Joe Woods, Councilman District B (Fallston) to oppose the development of the Highfields Community. We oppose the development of a "thruway" to Willow Vale Drive and seek to protect the character, safety, and irrefutable pastoral beauty of a long-established rural Fallston community.
