Who is sick of the loud bass music playing out of  dubarry ave Scarborough ont & all the traffic from they party’s & all the people hanging at this booze can/garage driveway party’s  I know people are scared to Address them or call authorities on them with 10-15 guys hanging in front drive way yelling & carrying on  , there excessive music playing with the DJ booth with extra big loud speakers in the garage   , the music goes on for hours on end & we don’t have to take this ,,,we can enjoy a quiet & peaceful summer with are family’s with out hearing this loud bass every day . if we all band together we can shut this down
