The Issue
We the undersigned wish for urgent action to be taken to stop Mr. Tom Willis the owner of 15 Vicarage Road, Hasting, East Sussex TN34 3LZ from burning toxic building waste and hazardous materials in his back garden.
His activities contravene the Environmental safety Act 1990 and the Clean Air Act 1993 and are unacceptable and dangerous.
