Cps, claims to protect children , tho has been shown on several past media reports to seem quite the opposite! In order to avoid future instances of mishaps and mistakes , Those in Which  could garrentee to improve and overall perfect the entire functionality and operation in which soucial workers are trained to follow and act. Training that has little to no required law school education .  And no required college degree or certificate. Many times removal is done by no legal means what so ever. Just because they have been given that authority. This has been reported on news channels several times in the past .  Along with instances where cps has been sued and found guilty in state court  and proven to unlawfully remove children without legal or nessessary authority or reasoning. This happens everyday to families and could happen to anyone if something is not done now.
