Today there are millions of people across the world who identify as trans or non binary. I am non binary myself and am very distressed by the fact that PM Rishi Sunak wants to remove trans rights from the equality act. He needs to know that as a country the LGBTQIA community and it’s Allies won’t let this happen. Even today, I still face a lot of discrimination despite there still being rights for trans people in the equality act, and if they’re removed I know some people would struggle to continue to survive, because if they have no rights then they’re no more than second class citizens! 
I’m asking that we get enough signatures to hand this petition into the government and get them to do something. If he’s allowed to change the equality act a lot of trans teens are going to be at risk of being attacked by family and strangers alike.
