Vouchers for free school meals have been slashed by some councils to as little as £1.66 a day during the summer holidays. This means that millions of children from the poorest families will be at risk of going hungry.

This is absolutely wrong and we must try to convince those councils that have cut the value of the vouchers to think long and hard about the consequences of those cuts, particularly at a time when food priced have increased alarmingly.
