Libyan women can’t go out in the streets
without being harassed or catcalled and
followed or even filmed without their
consent ,we as women of this country have all  the right to feeling safe in public spaces. 

The goal of this petition is to make the government act on this matter by making  catcalling and street harassment a punishable offence.

Only by enacting legal change can we end this blight on women’s lives
