STOP STR restrictive ordinance in Redstone Historic District

We are the business owners, short-term rental owners, homeowners, and visitors of the Redstone Historic District. 

We are writing to appeal the Pitkin County Board of Commissioners' intent to restrict short-term rentals in the Historic District. Short-term rentals are vital to the economic health and well-being of our community.

Restricting short-term rentals would make Redstone inaccessible for those travelers (mostly families) who are the typical renters of these homes; take away the revenue these visitors currently bring to Redstone's key businesses, and cause overall depreciation of the real estate value in the Historic District.
