In a generation where society is more opinionated, what you wear is easily noticed, what you eat or what music you listen to defines who you are as a person, and you have the feeling of responsibility to post whatever you do on social media, it is really inevitable to feel these things. But these stereotypical assumptions are not everything there is in life.
This campaign aims to raise awareness to stop social media stereotyping. This will help people particularly millennial who are known as active users of social media to be aware and knowledgeable about what can social media stereotyping brought to the user particularly its impact to the mental health of social media user.
Through this campaign everyone will be aware and knowledgeable in terms of mental health issues, this will help them on how to determine if you are already experiencing a mental health condition and at the same time they will also learn on how to cope up with what they are experiencing as brought by social media.
