A silent punishment can affect a person emotionally as much as verbal abuse can. Psychologists consider the silent treatment a form of mental and psychological abuse. It affects the victim mentally, often making them feel unwanted and insignificant.   

Stop this barbaric act asap !!! 

I’m now going to be doing this for ever school in the country and take it to parliament & Press I will not stop until this is no longer going on to children in this county. As I’ve said it’s out dated barbaric and a form of mental torture, Home learning one’s totally ok, Sit in silence as punishment needs to urgently change !  There has to be other ways that are more humane..  This dose affect in a bad way to our children and needs to be stopped it’s so out dated it’s unreal please sign.
