There are currently two stop signs on opposing corners of sixth street. However  from experience an observation, drivers on fifth Avenue tend  to stop instinctually in order to check surroundings before moving forward. It is almost unclear as to why there is not currently a stop sign on all four corners of the intersection. I will be making this request for the safety of residents, children at play, and drivers. Please help me reach 500 signatures from Watervliet residents, all agreeing that two stop signs should be installed making the intersection of fifth and sixth Avenue a four-way intersection.
