Make Halloween A Holiday

As a student at Camden Hills Regional Highschool, I want to always perform my best in class while also staying up late and enjoying my favorite holiday that only comes once a year. The problem is that we whenever Halloween happens to fall on a weekday we get no time off! I have to choose between having fun and trick or treating or watching horror movies late at night or getting enough sleep to function well in school the next day. I know many others feel the same way so I am starting this petition to save Halloween!
