All cracks are NOT created equal and some may be caused by HIGH SHRINK SWELL SOIL placed against your foundation walls or under the foundation floor.

Having the soil around your house tested by a independent Geotechnical Engineer could help you find the true cause of your foundation and structural crack issues.

Ryan Homes should held accountable for any construction defaults, breach of contract, and predatory practices. All of the homeowners that have been affected by these problems can make that happen!

IF YOU ARE WITHIN YOUR TWO BUILDERS STRUCTURAL WARRANTY YOU SHOULD FORWARD YOU ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE. THE COUNTY HOLD A BOND WHILE THE BUILDER IS BUILDING IN THE COMMUNITY.

Bramante Ranch model common issues may be:

1. Cracks in approximately the same area on each side of the home. Mid to center area of both sides  (Near Air conditioning unit).

2. Crack at outside edge of tray ceiling at each window. (Continues to return after one year drywall fix).

3. Cracks before closing date and upon move-in.

4. Unleveled flooring.
