Royal Juice wants to put a convenience store at 51 Clarkson Plaza, Ellisville Mo. The convience store would mostly sale alcohol, tabacco products,novelties, convience items, snacks, and vape products. The store would be located at the entry to Clarkson Townhomes we feel that the inclusion of Royal Juice is inconsistent with the family oriented nature of our community,  it would send the wrong message to our current and future residents and will create further traffice nuisance.  There are  more than enough stores within a 4 mile radius that sell the same products  that Royal Juice wants to sell. We do not want a convience store (liquor /tobacco) which will bring more loittering and crime to our neighborhood. We need retail that will improve the quality of our neighborhood not bring it down. 

The purpose of this petition is to oppose the conditional use permit requested by Kallony LLC d/b/a Royal Juice for a convience store at 51 Clarkson Rd.

To the City of Ellisville we respectfully request that you do not approve a permit to sell alcohol or tobacco to Kallony LLC d/b/a Royal Juices.
