Hello my name is china dial, i currently reside in Robeson County. As of today, 5/11/2022 me and my husband Jeffery Oxendine have both been absoultely clean since last year 2021. I gave birth to my daughter Aaliyah Miracle Oxendine on March 12th 2021, she didnt test postive for anything , didnt go to NICU (where babies go to withdraw off of medicine from the mother). Me and my husband both came home on March 16th 2021 and she did as well. As of March the 18th 2021, Robeson County DSS came to the doctor office and took my daughter from me (soon as i came out). The worker followed me home and came in. She didnt say that my houjse was unfit, she just wanted my daughter to be taken out the home until a temporary order was drawn up. We placed her in the home of my husbands neice and her husband until we both could get a drug assessment done. Well we both got that done, and they didnt see a reason for my husband to do classes. We still didnt get her back tho. I done classes for over 8 months and every Wed we went to DSS faithfully to see our daughter for one hour. Their was problems in the home of his neice so we got her removed from the home and by neither of us having no other family she could go tlo they placed her in foster care services. They forced us to since a paper for adoption and said if i didnt complete all my classes then she would be place with one of the adoption parents that they choose. I completed all of my classes on Feb 2, 2022 . Still till today we both fight DSS for our daughter and we will continue to stand up for Our daughter and the voices that cant be heard. 

As for my husband Jeffery, they told him she wouldnt and couldnt be placed i9n the home with him because of his past. People we are talking about a man who iis now 63 years young, and what happened in his past was when he was the age of 26. As of today, he has 3 wonderful kids that are all over the age of 30, and yes every one of them are doing awesome. One of them currently works in the medical feild at Richmond county hospital. One of his boys run a pawn shop in florence sc, and the other one currently is a professional chef in Wilmington, Delware. I have all faith that god will bless us to get our baby girl home and she be able to met her brothers and her only sister.  My sister has never been able to see her but one time at Our house recovery center in pembroke NC. I feel as if we all deserve a second chance and I believe in God making miracles happen. We have done everything they ask us to do and still our baby girl is in the care of a so called "supervisor" At SERMC in lumberton nc. Every single wednesday that god sends us, I have to carry in fingernail clippers and cut her nails, every week her hair is scabby and full of what looks like dander, and her little bottom of her butt has been pure eat up with stool till it is blistered. This has been like this for the whole time shes been  in foster care. We have went over the supervisor and talked to ms Don at DSS and it all remains the same. There are alot of little voices (babies) that cant be heard or defend themselves!!! We as herparents are planning to fight till the end .... i have ever piece of paper DSS has given me, and every drug test ive taken and still today this remains... AS AALIYAHS PARENTS, HELP US BOTH FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS AND TO GET THOSES LITTLE ONES HOME... THANK YOU && GOD BLESS YOU...
