I have been banned twice recently for what i can only think is words that the facebook bots are set to find. This is all well and good but when the word is taken out of context and I couldn’t disagree with it or speak to a human to settle the problem. There is no list of words for people to avoid so we have to sit on the naughty step for whatever the bots set the ban for. If Facebook can’t police the bans properly and deal with people then the bots need to be reset.

I personally am disabled and i keep in touch with the world via my facebook. I was banned for suggesting someone “Nuke” a person that was being nasty. This does not mean i have a pile of nuclear weapons and a big red button. I was merely suggesting blocking them using a slang word. Facebook need to seriously think about what they are doing to people with these bans. 

cutting vulnerable people off. Not acceptable!!

stop the bots or at least tell us users what words to avoid these bans or have a set of people sorting out when the bots are wrong and take things out of context!
