All over the E.U people who give asylum seekers aid (Solidarity) have been prosecuted. An example is someone giving an asylum seeker tea or water being prosecuted for this.  In some cases they are sentenced to 12 or more years in prison . For more info see the links below.

The E.U. states must stop criminalizing solidarity and must ensure protection for solidarity. 

We are calling for the E.U to create legislation that protects those who aid refugees and asylum seekers. With a million signatures the E.U. must discuss a referendum on this

Most western countries have a Good Samaritan law. However the E.U as a collective doesn't and as we continue to be in solidarity refugees we must aid those who aid asylum seekers and refugees. Please sign this petition so this can be brought before the E.U as soon as possible.
