For far too long, politicians in the UK have been allowed to take so-called ‘donations’ from people and corporations to influence their decision making within parliament. These ‘donations’ are nothing but bribes to get what they want. These ‘donations’ only ever play out well for the person making the bribe and taking the bribe whilst the general public suffer in the process. 

Energy bills are rising, water bills are rising, all bills are rising and the government sit there on their piles of money not caring about the 99% of citizens it most drastically affects when they are the people who can put caps in place to stop these rises. Numerous times the Tory government have voted against a windfall tax on the gas giants who are wringing us dry and why might they be doing this? Greed.

This has been going on for far too long whilst the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. We supposed to live in a democracy. What democracy is there when our day to day lives are being crafted by money hungry savages.
