We need to stop ODOT, the Oregon Department Of Transportation from expanding freeways because it causes a lot of emissions/ pollution in the air, worsens health problems like asthma, causes heart and lung diseases.  We are trying to change because more roads will increase climate change ppm over the next few years. The people in power are Governor Kate Brown and Mayor Ted Wheeler and the senators. Those people have to change what ODOT is doing. If we win, we can win against ODOT, we can decrease the ppm of climate change and reduce emissions from expanding roads and more minor health problems. If we lose, climate change would take over and we can't do anything about climate change.
