Every Sunday in the Woodhill/Wester Cleddens area of Bishopbriggs people are woken up by the ‘bleeping’, banging, and crashing of the Bin Lorry and every other week the excruciating noise of the glass bin collections from 7AM and on the odd occasion before that.

We are asking our local authority that we should be afforded a few extra hours of quiet on a Sunday morning. And that if they must do bin collection on a Sunday, they should not start until after 9AM.
