NCDMV has been sending letters to local residents and community of people that they have a schedule to suspend or revoke drivers licenses for the reason of not being able to pay fines, or failure due to the interlock ignitions machine malfunctions or readings ( due to either the soap, hand sanitizer, fragrances that can activate from other individuals near the vehicle or left on the door, what don't make sense is there were no alcohol content readings that was displayed in the body this will impact my community because they depend on a way to get back and forth to work, continue to supply and transport families to services such as school, grocery stores, meetings, work with people in social skills and social work peer support for individuals needing assistance, NCDMV has consistently been making and abusing people constitutional rights by setting and making their own rules without having a fair hearing and fair investigation and listen to the pleading of the people with people struggling to afford and keep car insurance . all these specific incidents here need to be addressed and stop NCDMV from just damaging people's lives by revoking and suspending people drivers licenses and charging people $450.00 without a fair hearing
