Stop NCAA midseason coach poaching

Stop NCAA midseason coach poaching
Coaches should be held to the same or higher standards of ethics and integrity as their players. Athletes in college sports are banned from changing teams midseason as it would break competitive dynamics, be grossly unfair to the teams gaining and losing players, and would make a mockery of the concepts of commitment and teamwork. The same rule should apply to coaches. The NCAA should ban coaches from changing teams until the season has ended, including bowl games. This should include banning schools from recruiting other teams' coaches during the season. The high school player National Signing Day should be pushed back a month to allow players to commit to colleges based on where their favorite coaches have committed for the subsequent season.
