Please continue the Subdivision Staging Policy as it stands. Bethesda must have infrastructure in place BEFORE development, not after. My son, a junior at BCC, has had overcrowding in all four of his MCPS schools. The council needs to postpone the vote scheduled for November 15th and address the the MCPS crisis more fully. restore the SSP's prior name, the Growth Policy, and revert to biannual review. My son's, and other children should not have to pay the price while developers increase their profits. And politicians need to care more about the community. Eliminate school impact tax exemptions on residential development. Schools are struggling across the county. There aren’t enough funds to fix them. There is no justification for waiving school impact taxes on ANY residential construction. I want the Council to continue the School Facility Payment that is currently charged on development when schools are between 105-120% of capacity.

Overcrowded schools are bad for EVERYONE. Coming from a family of teachers, I know how difficult it is both to teach and control a classroom that has too many students. Every student, as well as the teacher, suffers.

Schools struggle enough to educate our crucial younger generation. We cannot make their job even harder by making it easy to increase enrollment

My children went to B-CC HS, and it was getting crowded then (some 6 - 7 years ago). This County plan is completely irresponsible.

I'm signing because I have children in overcrowded schools, and given current trends, the schools will only get more crowded.

My daughter spent four years eating lunch on the floor of an MCPS high school because of overcrowding. Your current plan will make things worse. Please reconsider.

Development continues to occur in the county with complete disregard for the ability of local infrastructure to handle future population growth.

I teach in a school that is chronically over crowded and the lack of resources truly compromises my students' progress.

I am signing because tall buildings would adversely affect our town and our way of life here. We do not want increased traffic, population. buildings that will house more children to crowd our schools

I'm signing because I saw the impact on my daughter when she was at Pyle Middle school, and my son is dealing with the same issue of over crowding.
