I am asking to stop allowing false allegation of serious mental health disorders to be allowed and protected by absolute immunity. Yes. Correct. 

Currently, courts allow based on a law called: "Litigation Privilege" from 1985 to say any lies to gain advantage in a litigation. Oh I am sorry. Man complained about being falsely accused of sexually abusing his child in 2016 and NJ Court Allow suing for such a kind of defamation now. 

 My personal story is that father of my child deliberately used his medical license and Family Court to defame me. Very known case Broderick vs Broderick (1985) ended very deadly. Idea yet of fabricating to the authorities’ mental illnesses of the woman to gain advantage in the family courts is very much alive and widely used in courts all over the United States. It destroys families, it ends lives often of innocent children. Courts have defined already that wrongfully accusing the other parent of sexual abuse is unacceptable. Woman who are accused of mental health disorders that do not exist, deserves the protection from a justice system as well. Outdated laws must be updated as the world changes, thus the role of a man and woman has largely changed since 1895. Simply, heinous precisely planned defamatory statements have no place in a civilized society where woman and man are supposed to be treated equally. I am thrilled to have this opportunity to make a history and put a stop to abuse by proxy after woman leaves abusive household and tries to protect her children. I am already scared of having more children in current state of the matter, as well as millions of women that are going through this all over America every day. If this is continued to be allowed, it will lead to the demise of this society. Putting an abortion ban will simply not suffice as rape is a definite crime.
