Instacart is cutting and deactivating acounts based off of orders that they claim were failed deliveries. They claim these orders are failed even if shoppers went back to fix them. If that was the case I prob should not have went back to fix them at all. I sometimes went back to these houses 30 mins after this happened. Also if my order goes wrong, there was no way me to fix it because there was no available help hotline. It could have been a glitch in the system. There was no way for me to access the green headset option. I tried every knook and cranny in the help section of the app. There was no way for me to find out what happend to see the info on what house went wrong where. If they call you and you miss the call there is no way to call or txt back. Also I believe that the last time this happend to me a customer lied and said it wasnt delivered, when I def delivered to their address. I'm going back to those addresses to find out what happend today. This I beleive is a extremely unfair way to dispute failed orders, and treat their workers.
