There is an illegal increase of school fees and levies that has been done at David Livingstone High School just outside Bulawayo. This petition is by parents with children at the school to STOP this fee increase whose justification is unclear and was forced onto parents at a meeting that had no quorum. 

The goal is to share this petition with the school administration, the SDC committee, the church as responsible authority and the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education in Zimbabwe. 

Let's stop this illegal act!!
