There’s multiple cases of bullying and harassment there’s been threats to associates and other issues at work that aren’t being taken care of because of management they are being selective and some are even accepting sexual favors and gifts in order to protect certain associates and people like me are being left out in the cold to deal with these issues. I reported a few associates that were harassing me and management simple closed the case even tho I provided evidence to support my claim and they even proceeded to say that I technically put myself in that position because I let another associate who was also being talked about know to be careful because if certain things are said at work such as sexual or anything non work related that might be taken as non work appropriate you can get fired so they said that because I warned him about this I put myself in the position to get disrespected by him and I left it at that but then a few weeks later I was talking to an associate through our work app Chime and I accidentally posted a comment in a public group chat that wasn’t a professional group chat but there was a high volume of people and I said “ y’all if we all stood up to management it would be dope because then issues at work would Fr change but none of y’all are about that so ima just keep dealing with it silently like everybody else” and the reason I said this was because multiple associates come to me as a now Ex ambassador for the company because they trust me and nobody wants to speak up because they know how selective management is and I have never in my life gotten a behavioral warning at any of my jobs not even at amazon and just for that harmless comment encouraging people to talk to management about their problems I got a Final written warning by management and I got my ambassador position taken away which means I’m going to be walking on eggshells for 3 months so I’m asking the public please help me change this i don’t know how much this petition will do but I know it can atleast make people aware of what type of company they’re going to be working for I really appreciate everyone’s help. I hope that I can get my position back and that everyone stays away from this company I dearly love my job but it’s affected me so much to the point where even my coworkers and friends notice a change in me and definitely not a positive one.
