The people of Ukraine don't need hopes and prayers. They need international pressure put on the Russian Oligarchs that are funding this war.

Signing this petition adds your voice to a demand that President Biden formally request of all major American banks and Wall Street investment firms (ie. JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, American Express) HALT ALL FINANCIAL DEALINGS with their Russian Ultra High Net Worth clients and shutter their offices within Russian borders.  

American financial institutions have the power to fundamentally end this war by cutting off the money that funds it. It not enough for these financial institutions and companies to pledge support and aid humanitarian efforts.
