I am calling on donedeal.ie and adverts.ie to stop allowing adverts for cats and other animals for free.

Animals that are advertised for free online are an easy and cheap source of bait for ‘blooding’ fighting dogs (training them to kill animals). Those who have not thought through the costs and commitments of pet ownership are likely to get a pet this way and then realize they cannot care for them adequately.
