Recently members of 86FB & 86z Football Trading Platforms have been denied access to withdraw their investment and profits from the 86FB & 86Z online App.
This has led to untold financial loss, anxiety, and depression amongst members. The platform payment processors FLUTTERWAVE Nigeria admitted to suspending the accounts of its merchants processing transactions on behalf of 86FB. Both companies have issued statements denying their complicity in what is now an attempt to illegally keep in their position over 200 Million Naira of depositors funds.
Our Demands:
- That the relevant financial regulatory authorities of the Nigerian Government, investigate and bring to Justice both companies and their representatives
- We seek the intervention of the Inspector General of Police, the Economic & Financial Crimes Commission, the Senate President, the Speakers of the House of Assembly, the Presidency and all state Governors to protect our rights as Nigerian Citizens and ensure that our investment is not lost to both companies
- Ensure that all 86FB & 86Z members funds pending on the both platforms be returned and refunded.
- Sanction against #Flutterwave for its complicity in illegally suspending accounts of its merchants processing transaction for 86FB members without due process
If you sign this petition,
- you would be contributing to ensuring that Nigerians are not defrauded by collusion of payment processors and online business platforms.
- You would force the government to enact better laws to prevent and make it more more difficult for online investment platforms, fintech companies and payment processors from acts that lead to financial loss for Nigerians.
- Funds and investment of 86FB & 86Z would have a higher possibility of being refunded.
- Justice for Nigerian Citizens who have suffered financial losses from online investment platforms, fintech companies and payment processors, including banks.
