Imposing a fine on vehicles with no embossed number plates from Shrawan is surely a two way earning technique - one, from the commissions of plate manufacturers, and second, from those fines from people who are unable to PURCHASE the plates because of various reasons. This move will surely impact on, initially, the pockets of the vehicle owners, and then all sorts of social and economic implications such as loss of nepali language, unnecessary outflow of national fund to the manufacture's nation, difficulty in visually distinguishing the plates, and a lot others.
