Up to 1000 dads a day are falsely accused of something bad in divorce and custody battles. In the USA there is a divorce every 12 seconds. All it takes for a charge or conviction of a dad is an accusation of abuse. Playing victim is a well known tactic used by moms and children to secure a winning playing field in custody battles . All a mom or child has to do is lie, create a false narrative, and Google or talk to police, read certain books, talk to corrupt attorneys, prosecutors, schools, victims groups, and other certain places that teach moms and children how to lie to have dads charged with various forms of felonies of assault, abuse, neglect etc...” A silver bullet,” a “nuclear option “ “scorched earth” that automatically puts dads in jail, costs them hundreds of thousands in legal fees, restrains the dads from the children for years, and often rewards the mom and children with the home, lots of welfare, victims benefits, charities, and victim status.  The ABA claims up to 85% of dads charged during divorce and custody battles are innocent. 2-10% of all convicted in history are innocent. The innocence project will not help falsely accused dads without DNA evidence to prove their innocence.  The sentence for a dad that is falsely convicted can be life in prison.  In a corrupt courts, political prosecuting, malicious prosecution, and selective prosecution happens every day. Many  lands in the hands of mob justice,   or a uniformed juries, judges,  and prosecutors seeking wins.  Millions have been convicted and sent to in prison in the last few decades .Dads experience  Loss of his children, and destruction of entire families and communities. Perhaps the worst part is is destroys credibility to true victims which are as low as 10% of all those who claim to be victims .
