Town of Dewitt has egregiously raised assessment values on properties over the past two years.  Some properties as much as $30,000.  The residents are still feeling the economical impact from covid-19.  There has been no reasoning given other than market value.  The majority of properties affected are not on the market however.  These assessments are unfair and are forcing people to relocate as this is seeming to be a trend.
