Coles plan to expand and create a large vintage cellars in the historic building that used to house ANZ. The plan is to create a alcohol super store with 2 entries. 

Glenferrie road and the usually family friendly Hawthorn has had increasing issues with young people drinking alcohol and underage serving due to the increased availability and lack of responsible service from supermarket run business.
