As a child growing in Mumbai, I have heard a lot about human - animal conflict. Encroachment is just one of them. 30,000 animals have lost their homes because of this. And one of the places that has been affected it SGNP ( Sanjay Gandhi National Park). It’s vast species of flora and fauna has been affected majorly. Buildings are inches away from the park’s border, which leads to animals (like leopards living in the park) hop across the border to other buildings? 

But what is the cause of this? You see, since people throw away their garbage anywhere, it attracts dogs. Then the dogs scent attracts leopards, which makes them easy prey. So in the end the leopard kills and eat’s the dog. And now humans blame this on the leopard. But it our fault. To prevent this vote for change. Every vote counts and helps!
