The DVLA sell our details to car park management companies. This facilitates these companies to extract money from us. Some of these companies are reasonable, but most are not, taking any opportunity to extract money from ordinary people, with no interest in mitigating circumstances. This has become the new method for car clampers to operate. I don't think it is right for a government body to facilitate this industry.
