Acreage, Loxahatchee, Arden, Westlake, and ALL Wellington equestrian communities (Binks, Aeroclub, Equestrian Village, Saddle Trail, Paddock Park, Rustic Ranches, White Fences, etc.) this directly affects YOU.

On December 10th, the County Commission will vote on the expansion of “Project Tango,” a massive 100MW+ data center planned right next to our homes and agricultural/equestrian areas. This expansion is being pushed through quietly, and most residents still have no idea what it means for our health, our animals, or our property values.

This isn’t just a “building.”

It’s heavy industry and with it comes real risks that don’t stay in one neighborhood.

🚨 What the Data Center Expansion Means for Nearby Residents & Horses

These impacts travel MILES.

So even if you’re 3-4 miles away, this still affects you.

• Air Pollution:

Weekly generator testing + outages = diesel exhaust, nitrogen oxides, and fine particles that trigger asthma, coughing, headaches, and respiratory issues. Horses are even more vulnerable.

• Noise & Vibration:

Low-frequency industrial noise travels far. Causes stress, sleep disruption, anxiety, and reactivity in horses and livestock.

• Water Contamination Risk:

Cooling systems use chemical treatments, fuels, and massive amounts of water. Any leaks or runoff enter our shallow water table, which flows quickly through The Acreage, Loxahatchee, and Wellington.

• Heat & Light Pollution:

A 100MW+ data center creates a heat island, raises nighttime temps, and produces constant industrial lighting. Affects animals, wildlife, and quality of life.

• Property Value Impact:

Industrial facilities do not belong next to rural homes and farms. Studies show nearby property values drop.

This is NOT the right location for this project, especially surrounded by families, wells, horses, livestock, and thousands of acres of agricultural communities.
