Mehdi ran away from Iran and landed in Canada in 2017 in hopes of having a better life and achieving his goals. Shorty after his arrival he met his now wife Ira Hope. Despite getting judged by a lot of people around him he still chose to marry the love of his life which also didn’t have a PR status. In 2019 he had to file a refugee claim because he was forced to leave Canada. Soon after, his refugee claim got rejected without any clear justification. In 2021 him and his partner got married and shortly after, his wife received her PR status. They decided to file for a sponsorship application to help with his process. Shortly after their marriage his wife got pregnant with a baby boy that is now 7 months old. About 2 weeks ago He received a deporting order from the immigration of Canada. Tomorrow he is scheduled to be sent back to Iran, the country he ran away from because his life was in danger since he is an active Christian, he has been a Christian for 20 years and has been an active member of the church ever since he came to Canada.
